KEY TAKEAWAYS
- Only verify cards you own or are authorised to verify.
- Verification is a signal, not a guarantee of future charges.
- Prepaid billing: unclassified checks are not charged.
- Accounts violating the rules can be suspended.
By creating an account or using C4CHECK you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
C4CHECK verifies the status of payment cards through upstream gateways and returns results as live, dead, unknown or error. Verification is a signal, not a guarantee: a live result does not guarantee that a future charge of any amount will be approved.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
- You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.
- You may only submit cards you own or are explicitly authorised to verify, for legitimate purposes such as maintaining your own payment methods, merchant fraud prevention or testing systems you control.
- You must not use the service for fraud, unauthorised transactions, harassment, or any activity that is illegal in your or our jurisdiction.
- Automated access must use the documented API with your own key; scraping, credential sharing and resale of access are prohibited.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice, and may report unlawful activity where required.
3. Billing
The service is prepaid. Deposits are made in BTC or LTC. Each classified check deducts its displayed cost from your balance; checks that produce no classified result are not charged, and holds are released. See the refund policy for details.
4. Availability and changes
Gateways and upstream providers can change or fail; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific throughput or acceptance of any card. We may modify features, gateway availability and pricing, and will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.
5. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected checks.
6. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your password and API key secret and for all activity under your account. We never ask for your password, API key or wallet seed.
7. Contact

Acceptable use
Card verification is provided for cards you own or are authorised to process — your own accounts, customer cards held under an agreement, or test cards in your own environment. Using the platform against cards you have no relationship with is prohibited. Accounts used for unauthorised verification are subject to suspension.
The service
The platform provides card verification and related reference tools on a prepaid basis. Results are status signals, not guarantees: a live result does not guarantee a future charge, and the platform is not a party to any transaction you conduct. Availability depends on third-party gateways; maintenance and provider outages can interrupt checking, and unclassified checks are not billed.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API key secure, for the activity on your account, and for ensuring your use complies with the laws and card-network rules that apply to you. Do not submit card data you are not entitled to process, and do not attempt to use the platform to bypass any cardholder authorisation.
Billing
Checks are billed per classified result; errors are not billed. Deposits are crypto and non-refundable once credited. Charge disputes are handled through support with the check IDs in question.
Liability and changes
The service is provided as-is; the operator's liability is limited to the balance held on your account. These terms may be updated as the platform evolves, with material changes announced in the dashboard. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
